Copper is melted within the furnace at a very large temperature about 1050 levels and at the same time mercury can be melted independently. When equally the metals soften down, mercury is slowly poured in the crucible of molten copper. This method of mixing the two metals result in a little explosion which has a big crackling audio and thick smoke.
